Shirt great - website to contact UA outlet COMPLETELY USELESS AND FRUSTRATING!
I wear a 2XL shirt. I ordered a 3XL and since this is a “loose” fit, I should have been swimming in it. Could barely get it on. I don’t know if this was mis printed or what but this honestly seemed like an XL. Fabric and color seemed great. Would have liked it to just fit.
Pros- Lighter weight. Seems great for very hot playing conditions. Will def keep you cool on course Cons- WAY bigger sizing that previous season playoff polo. Sleeves are longer now too which isn't very modern/athletic looking compared to other golf polos If you wore a large in previous season , might want to size down and pray the mid section isn't too tight. other wise you're gonna look like 2001 Tiger out there w large polo and long sleeves
The sizing in very different in the 2.0s. If you were a M in the original playoff polo , the new M is huge. Sizing down doesn't help because its tiny. The sleeves are much longer now too. which kind of goes against the more athletic/modern look. Material is lighter which seems to be good for hot weather. Hopefully the sizing issue isn't a problem for the next season of this line.
not a fan of how the lighter colors are basically see through.. liked the traditional stripes and colors from past seasons.. some of these designs look like a 4th grader blocked them together..
I buy Under Armor shirts every year for my dad, this is the first time we were disappointed with the quality. Same softest, color, and fit. But the quality wasn't the same as before, you have to see it in person to believe it. Either than that, everything else was fine with the shirt.
Noticeably lighter, thinner and less durable compared to several other similar shirts from UA. Fit is definitely smaller and tighter and laid on top of prev. shirt is smaller in all dimensions. Business margins should never replace quality in a competitive industry where reputation and loyalty is all!
Please go back to normal colorways and patterns, or at least offer them among the newer, different ones during the past year. I am talking about one color shirts in different color options like UA used to have, or some solid colors with the stripes across. The heathered look is nice also. I am just not liking the newer patterns. As for the shirt, I love the playoff polo. It is all I wear for golf and goes very well when going out for the night. Very lightweight and breathable, even during the hottest days.
Thinner material makes it more breathable/ cooler for hot temps.. I just wish they used more summer colors and the thin classic strips from last season. The 2.0 does run larger than the playoff last year so if you wear Large, order a medium.
