To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I used these shoes for an obstacle course race (Spartan) this past weekend and I was very impressed with there performance. The fit was wider at the toes (for wider foot people) and fit close to the foot at mid foot and heel. The Boa lace system was amazing, with the Kevlar laces when you tighten it to the desired tightness it does not loosen up like regular laces
(Side note: I watched a review on these shoes that there was not enough padding on the tongue of the shoes and that the laces felt like piano string pressing on your foot which made me worry a bit. This only applies if you tighten them way to tight, the Boa system lets you have complete control over tightness and once your comfortable, you do not have to worry about them coming loose)
The shoes went through mud and water and in and down steep slopes, the water drained out of the shoes no problem and there was such good air flow that they started to dry up a bit. The lug pattern on the bottom of the shoe gave me all the traction of needed going up of down the hills, and there was enough surface area on the bottom of the shoe to have a good grip on flat surfaces like wood.
What I liked about the shoe was if my shoe went deep into mud, the Boa lacing system made certain that I did not have to worry about my shoe coming off, and the fit felt like it hugged my entire foot, not just the top of the foot
What I disliked was I went through some snow this past weekend and these definitely would not work for colder climates
What I also didn’t realize when I bought the shoes is they are classified as a fishing shoe which I didn’t see advertised in the store, they were advertised as I multi sport shoe but from my experience they are great for what I needed anyways
I have to say that I’m usually a size 10 in men’s. If it weren’t for the other comments on small shoe size I would have had to re-order. I ordered a 10.5 men’s shoe and they are amazing. Most comfortable shoe I ever had. The BOA lace design is super cool and efficient. I hope they keep making this shoe!!
Very comfortable runs a little small compared to other UA shoes.
If you are looking for a shoe that is light, comfy, durable and easy to put on, this is the shoe. The BOA system makes it a button push away from being loose enough to slip your foot straight in, to tied tight and ready to go in seconds. I use them as my field hockey shoes and they are without doubt better than any shoe I've ever had for hockey (even from the specialist hockey shoe brands)
I bought it for outdoor water sports use and it has exceeded my expectations , i normally wear size 15 in performance shoes and 14 in outdoor , i was a bit worried but sizing and width is really good , i am not small (6'7 and 240), so really happy with the shoe.
Mesh really adapts to the feet and cushioning is good
