To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Sizing of the shoe is correct. A comfortable shoe for a shoe with such a flat sole. Great for lifting weights and hiit.
Bought this as an all-round training shoe for gym classes - I do combinations of weights based, aerobic, and high impact cardio. I wanted a stable shoe that would support fast, multidirectional movement, not just a running shoe. Whilst the shoe feels stable the footbed lacks cushioning so I've found jumping and running places a lot of stress on the foot, knee and hip joints. The shoe is great for weights training but I would not recommend it for any kind of running or high impact training.
I like that it’s flat and stable. The fit is just right and gives enough space for my fingertoes. It’s the best shoes when doing strength training or weight lifting because it provides good support. Although, sometimes the back side can get too tight and uncomfortable when doing side lunges. But other than that, it’s the perfect training shoes for women! Just wish you could create something similar but a laceless version. ❤️
I like these shoes for strength classes but I was hoping for a more versatile shoe. These are not good for agility or running at all but I do really like them for static weight training. I teach HIIT classes and I only wear them on strength days. Not good for the cardio or athletic days.
Normally I love all of the shoes I get from Under Armour. However, I was surprised about this pair. As for fit and comfort, all shoes I have received from this company fit like a glove to include this pair. Comfortable? Not so much. They are a little too stiff for my liking. When lifting heavy in the gym, they provide stability. The heel and seam are a little low in the back so I don’t recommend wearing low cut socks with these. I also have wide feet so they are a little tight so and I have to bring out the laces for them to fit better. These are not shoes I would run in either. Better to wear these out as street shoes rather than performance.
I have a flat arch and need shoes that provide arch support during my cross-training exercise. Tribase provides the support I needed and stability. It is sturdy yet flexible to accommodate movement during HIIT exercise. Fits a little bit large and wide. All my Gemini shoes are a size AU/US 7. I went 1 size below with this and bought the 6.5. It has a great look as well. Bought the black and white. Please, please, please do make the sequels for this shoe. I will definitely buy it again in the future.
I've finally found my top gym shoe!! This is it. So much rigid support for heavy lift confidence with enough flex for everything else. I love the low to ground feel and built in arch support. Keep making this shoe forever please UA!
These are great for spinning ,aerobics, and weights in the gym. Sure footed, no slipping on slick floors. My foot is slightly wider than medium, but these fit perfectly. I wear an 8.5 and length is right as well. Seem to be well made.
I really love my TriBase Reigns - they support me well during my HIIT workouts and has a great grip for resistance training. It has a nice aesthetic, is breathable and has a good sized toe box. My only issue is that there is a limited colour range for the women's version of the shoe.
Tribase is great for squats and lifting! Definitely improved my technique from leaning forward on the balls of my feet during lifting to placement of weight on my heels. Thus lessening stress on the knees. Ladies...this is NOT meant for running!!! This shoe has no cushioning which makes for better stabilization during lifting. I recommend going a half size up with any training shoe, this shoe especially!
