To find a good-fitting sports bra, consider the activity you’ll be doing depending on the sport's impact level. A sports bra should fit slightly snugger than your everyday bras. To size a sports bra, measure around your chest, just under the arms, and above the bust, then measure your cup size. For the final measurement, measure just under the breast around your ribcage.
