5'9" 190 Mediums fit properly. The lower chain has been on forced sabbatical for almost a year, so if you're about my size and you squat and deadlift... get large. Material is thin. Holds up to multiple washings. Good product at the price point.

Extreme comfort!

I wear them for everyday use as well as working out, playing racquetball or riding my bike. I think I have about 2 dozen pairs of these.
